GENERAL INFORMATION

Bump in at 7:00am

9am sharp start

Bump out when market finishes at 1 or 2pm

Vehicles are only permitted on the site if it is an essential part of your stall. Please discuss permission with market organisers prior to the market day.

HIRE INFORMATION

 

Stall Hire (including PL) 

  • Single 3m x 3m = $40

  • Double 6m x 3m = $55

  • Van or car stall $55

Extra Hire

  • Power access $10 (BYO extension leads up to 40m in length)

All hiring equipment must be requested well before the market date.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

All stall fee payments through internet banking at least one week before the market that payment is being made for.

Stall holders will be reminded to bay prior to the market date, and will be emailed an invoice/receipt for their stall confirming their booking at the market.

STALL CANCELLATION POLICY

A full refund will only be paid

or credited providing that more than

one week’s notice was given.

If cancellation of a stall occurs within a week of the market's event date, a credit will be applied for the stallholder to use for a later market date.

The market is not responsible for adverse weather conditions, therefore no refunds are given for this reason if cancellation occurs within a week before the market’s date.
